    How much does Karcher Qatar charge for delivery?

    Tell me more about delivery time?

    All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner. You can check your order status by logging in and checking ‘My Account’. Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location and public holidays. Standard delivery within the Qatar is usually between two to five working days.

     

    How are products packaged, i.e. will they reach me safely?

    In addition to retaining the original packing by the manufacturer, where needed, we then secure your purchases with additional packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

     

    What if something happens to an in-transit product?

    You can relax knowing we will deliver the goods safely and on time. If you experience any issues please email our Customer Service Centre karcherqatar@karcher.com or call +974 55 304 533 between 08:30 am and 05:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Karcher Qatar delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery service chosen.

    Standard Delivery (Delivery in 2 - 5 days)

    Additional charge may be applied by the courier (The customer pays directly to the courier) only if the weight of the delivery is above 15KG or the size of the box is beyond 60X60 CM when requested for door to door delivery. Customers may choose to collect the delivery from the nearest courier (Dalilee) office in the area without additional charges.  

    Free standard delivery on orders above QAR 300

    Additional charge may be applied by the courier (The customer pays directly to the courier) only if the weight of the delivery is above 15KG or the size of the box is beyond 60X60 CM when requested for door to door delivery. Customers may choose to collect the delivery from the nearest courier (Dalilee) office in the area without additional charges.

     

    Notes:

    1. There are no deliveries on Fridays, Saturdays or Qatar public holidays.
    2. All orders will be delivered between 9am and 7pm.
